How do I sign up?
Apply at Become a Driver. Application takes 5 minutes. We review and contact you within a few business days.
What vehicles can I drive?
Bike, motorcycle, car, van and truck. Each has different requirements, see the requirements section on Become a Driver.
Am I an employee?
No. You're an independent contractor with your own ABN. You set your own hours and accept jobs at your discretion.
Do I need an ABN?
Yes. Apply free with the ATO. It takes 10 minutes online.
What insurance do I need?
Comprehensive vehicle insurance plus goods-in-transit cover. We can recommend providers familiar with courier work.
When do I get paid?
Weekly direct deposit. Statements available in your driver dashboard.
How are jobs allocated?
Available jobs appear in the app based on your location and vehicle. You choose which to accept.
Can I drive part-time?
Yes. Most of our drivers are part-time. There's no minimum hours.
What if a customer disputes a delivery?
Always send a clear photo proof of delivery in the app. If a dispute arises, we have your photo, GPS trail and timestamps to back you up. Driver support handles disputes, call 1300 326 150.
How do I contact driver support?
Call 1300 326 150 or use the in-app support chat. Real people, 7 days a week during operating hours.
Can I refer a friend?
Yes, referral bonuses run periodically. Ask driver support about current programs.
What about Chain of Responsibility for heavy vehicles?
