FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about this service.

How does point-to-point differ from same-day?
They overlap heavily. Point-to-point is the underlying philosophy: one pickup, one drop-off, direct. Same-day is the speed promise. Most local same-day jobs are point-to-point.
How fast?
In dense metro the closest courier is often within 15 to 30 minutes of pickup. Total delivery times of under 90 minutes are common.
Bike, car or van?
Bike for documents and small parcels in dense CBD; car for most metro jobs; van for larger or multi-box loads.
Is point-to-point cheaper than VIP?
Usually yes, slightly. Point-to-point uses the closest available driver who may have other jobs scheduled later. VIP is dedicated and fully direct from collection to drop-off with no other stops at all.
Where does it operate?
Every Australian metro covered by Zoom2u: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Gold Coast and surrounds.
Can I send fragile items point-to-point?
Yes. For high-value or specialist handling, choose White Glove. For standard fragile, mention it in pickup notes and the courier will handle accordingly.
