Booking a delivery
Can my parcel be delivered today?
Absolutely. Same day parcel deliveries are our specialty!
For our Same Day service pricing, you will need to place the booking prior to 12 pm.
You can, however, request a 3 hour or VIP delivery for collection anytime between 8am–6pm. If you are wanting a delivery outside of this time it may be possible however it’s best to give us advanced notice.
Once you place your booking online you will receive an email confirmation and our system will automatically allocate your delivery to a carrier (usually within 15 minutes). You can check your order status and find your driver’s contact details in the delivery history tab of your account.
Please note there are times when the platform reaches capacity, if this occurs we’ll let you know!
Can I place a booking over the phone?
Ideally we would love you to book online via our online booking platform or via our apps on Android or Apple. It’s really quick and simple! If you need help or would like to place a booking over the phone give us a call on 1300 326 150.

Service hours & coverage
What time does Zoom2u operate?
Our customer service centre runs from 8am to 9pm (AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday, and from 10am to 5pm (AEST/AEDT) Saturday and Sunday.
Our platform accepts deliveries that are available for collection anytime between 8am and 6pm, 7 days a week.
You can book online anytime, 24/7!
What areas do you service?
Our delivery partners can send your parcel around, within and between Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth metro areas.
Your package can be delivered up to a 60 km radius of each capital city for our 3 hr service, and up to 100 km away with our same day service.
If you have any questions you can contact us or use live chat. We'll usually respond within minutes during our staffed hours.

What goods can be sent?
Almost anything weighing less than 30 kg!
We aren’t allowed to take: (a) people, animals, or other living critters; (b) stolen or illegal items, or something you suspect to be stolen or illegal; (c) fragile or perishable items; (d) valuable items including, but not limited to, precious stones, metals, watches, jewellery, furs, china, art, antiques, prescription medicine, money, vouchers, travellers cheques, bearer bonds, bills of exchange, promissory notes, bank, credit, pre-pay or other store cards with a cash equivalent value, spirits, tobacco and cigarettes; (e) noxious, flammable, corrosive, poisonous, explosive, or other dangerous items; (f) illicit drugs, fireworks, weapons, or firearms; (g) hazardous items, regardless of whether the risk of such hazard can be reduced or controlled if the item is handled or packaged properly; (h) items containing chemicals, gases, poisons/toxins, toxic waste, radioactive materials, organic peroxides, oxidising substances, bacteria, viruses, infectious or biological substances, human tissue or any other living organisms and specimens; or (i) are otherwise unlawful.
How long will it take for my parcel to be delivered?
Delivery times will vary depending on the type of service you book. Deliveries can be as short as 12 minutes.
Once you book, we send you a confirmation, you can then track your package’s progress in real time! Please note, delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather, or other conditions.

Are my goods safe?
Yes! All couriers on the Zoom2u platform genuinely care about every delivery. Each time a delivery is completed, we ask you to rate your courier, so we do our very best to ensure a positive experience.
While it is your responsibility to obtain suitable insurance for your parcels, in some circumstances we will pay up to $300 for the cost of repairing or replacing parcels that are damaged or lost during a delivery.

What happens if I cancel or no one is present?
Cancellations made prior to the courier being on route to the pick up location are free.
If the courier arrives to collect a parcel and no one’s there, they’ll wait for up to 10 minutes and try to contact you by phone and SMS. After this time, the full fee will be charged.
The same goes for the destination, but if we can’t track you down to make other arrangements, we’ll return your parcel to the pickup location. If returning it isn’t possible that day, we may need to hold onto it at your own risk until we can. Your courier will keep you in the loop. Please note, additional charges may apply for returns.
Can I call the courier?
Absolutely! Once the driver accepts the booking you will be able to see their contact details. They’re always happy to take a call.
We do find our real-time tracking and customer app answers most questions about how long collection or delivery will take.
