How booking works, step by step

Booking a courier takes a few minutes. Here is exactly what happens, from quote to delivery.

2. Enter your pickup and drop-off details. Add the full addresses, a contact name and number for each end, and any notes about the parcel or access. Choose the service that suits your timeframe, such as VIP, 3 hour or same-day delivery, then place your booking.
3. The closest independent driver accepts the job. Your booking is offered to drivers in the area, and the closest available driver on the platform accepts it. You then receive your tracking details and the driver's contact number so you can stay in touch if you need to.
4. Track your delivery live on the map. Once a driver accepts, you can follow the job in real time on the live map. You will see the driver head to the pickup point, collect the parcel and make their way to the drop-off, so you always know where your delivery is.
5. Photo proof on delivery. When the parcel is delivered, the driver captures photo proof of the drop-off location or has the delivery signed for, depending on your preference. The proof is saved against your booking, and you can rate the service afterwards.
