How Josh got here
Josh has been on Zoom2u since 2015. He was one of the first hundred drivers to sign up after the platform launched in Sydney. He started on a motorbike doing legal documents around the CBD, added a car a year later for bigger parcels, then a van.
Today he runs a multi-vehicle operation with daily scheduled routes for three enterprise clients (pharmacy distribution, legal firm, a printer) plus ad-hoc same-day jobs to fill the gaps. His 62,000+ delivery count is the highest active on the platform.
When asked what's changed over a decade: "The customer expectations. People used to be amazed that you could see the driver on a map. Now they're amazed if you can't. The platform keeps having to catch up to what people want from delivery, and Zoom2u's actually pretty good at that."
